Properties: Light yellow powder, and has special smell, with obscure flavor. It could be dissolved in 1 share of water or ethyl alcohol and Aceton, instead of chloroform or diethyl ether.

Uses: Mainly used as the clarifying agent of the beer, wine and low-alcohol liquor, and could also be used for the processing of the pineapple proteinase food.
